Democracy Meter Campaign

Our new campaign to gauge public opinion on current events, the government and Brexit. Our teams of volunteers visit Devon towns for an hour or two with just a Democracymeter and some stickers and engage with the public to see what people think. This is often followed by delivering a letter to the constituency MP, and tagging them into social media posts highlighting the results of the relevant Democracymeter.

Some of our Democracymeter campaigns also incorporate a traditional street stall where people can sign up to our mailing list, donate to us, talk to us and pick up badges, stickers etc.

We have found that there is real appetite from the public to tell us what they think and great enthusiasm from our volunteers to be campaigning out on the streets once again.
